-Videos and links you submit for clipping

-Usage data (clips generated, features used)

-Basic device and browser information

How we use it

-To provide and improve the ZipClip service

-To process payments and manage your subscription

-To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets)

-To troubleshoot issues and prevent abuse

What we don't do

-We do not sell your data to third parties

-We do not use your content to train AI models

-We do not send marketing emails without consent

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded videos and temporary files are deleted within 24 hours of processing. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing alex@zipclip.app

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email us at alex@zipclip.app and we'll respond within 5 max days.
