The service
ZipClip provides AI-powered video clipping tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 13 or older to use ZipClip.
Acceptable use
You may not use ZipClip to:
-Clip or distribute content you don't have rights to commercially exploit
-Violate any applicable law or regulation
-Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the platform
-Resell or redistribute ZipClip's output as a competing service
Content ownership
You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading content you grant ZipClip a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your clips.
Credits & payments
Credits (denominated in minutes) are consumed when you create a project, with a per-product multiplier applied to the source video's length: AI Subtitles and AI Reframe at 0.5×, AI Clips and Agent Zip at 1×, AI Auto Edit at 2×. Uploads, reruns, variations, layer edits, trimming, layout changes, and exports are free. The Free plan additionally limits AI Auto Edit to 3 runs in any rolling 30-day window. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Monthly credits reset on your billing date and do not roll over.
Founder pricing
Accounts created during the beta pricing period will retain their rate for as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
ZipClip is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
